It was a week so quiet in NBL transactions that barely a hush was made. No player signings took place. The only movement was the release of Walter Brown by the Tasmania JackJumpers; a move so silenced that it was not even announced on the NBL news page and only by the team themselves. Brown had been a development player for the last two seasons and was about to enter the final season of his three- year contract that would have seen him elevated to a fully contracted player. Alas, it was not to be and Brown is now on the hunt to play elsewhere.
